New Outlook is considered an “Out-of-Network Practice”. This means that we do not participate or accept any insurance plans. We do this to help protect your privacy and provide the highest level of concierge care.
Because we’re Out-of-Network, we can use whatever methods work best for you, and your insurance company doesn’t get to decide if your concern is serious enough for ongoing treatment.
Since we are Out-of-Network, our work is considered “Private Pay” and all fees are due in full at the time of service.
After each session, we are happy to provide you with a “Super Bill.” A Super Bill has all of the necessary information for you to get that partial or full reimbursement directly from your insurance company. If you are unsure about how much or how often your insurance can help, follow the following steps:
1. Call your insurance company
2. Ask the representative what your “Out-Of-Network Benefits for Outpatient, mental health, office visits” are.
3. They will provide your deductible and co-insurance
4. Ask for any forms you may need to submit Out-Of-Network claims
All individual sessions are $150/50-minutes
Group sessions are $180 for 6 weeks of one-hour sessions
Cash, check, FSA, HSA and credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of service.
A sliding scale may be available to individuals or families who meet specific financial criteria.
Individual sessions are each 50-minutes and group sessions are 60-minutes

We are committed to providing the best possible care by matching you with the appropriate therapist. However, due to high demand, there may be a waitlist for scheduling appointments.
Please rest assured that we will do our very best to connect you with the right therapist as quickly as possible. If you are placed on a waitlist, we will keep you updated on your status and check in with you bi-weekly until an appointment becomes available. Your well-being is our top priority.
With your written permission, we can coordinate treatment goals with other important professionals in your child’s life. We will advocate for your child and attend IEP meetings if needed.
Of course! We recognize that many of our clients are students who attend school during the day, so we have strategically scheduled ourselves to be available afternoons, evenings, as well as weekends.
If your pet is gentle and kind to other people and animals, they are welcome to attend your session. If your pet becomes a distraction to the sessions, they may be asked to stay home so you can get the most out of your therapeutic experience.
If you would like to access one of our in-house pets who are shown on our website, please let your therapist know, and we can certainly arrange that!
We will announce groups one month in advance. Groups will be advertised in-house, as well as on our website. Group membership will require a short screening to make sure that you or your child will be an appropriate fit.
All groups will be capped at 6-8 members, depending upon the age and type of group.
